Renovation starts with what is already there. We look at cracks, old slabs, damp, and how the family or the shop still needs to use the building while work is on.
An extension — a new room, a floor, a front elevation — is tied into the existing frame with care. Demolition is limited to what the new work actually needs. Wiring upgrades can be done with Shri Electricals Services in the same visit plan.

Separate repair from decoration
We name structural items and finish items separately, so the budget is not spent on paint before the slab is sound.
